Contraq provides a customer-relationship management platform and related tools built for real estate wholesalers, including lead tracking, deal pipelines, buyer matching, and AI-assisted calculators.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Contraq is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Refunds

All payments are final. Contraq does not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or downgrades. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. Contraq processes that data to operate and improve the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your contacts.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Contraq are owned by Contraq or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to harass others, or to upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will stop, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contraq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
